Out at the 18th. When the round is done, you wrap up in this order: return the cart, settle up, and shower. Because this is golf-lodge accommodation, your room is right there — tidy up properly and you're straight into rest mode.
After the Round — Your Route
- Return the cart — park it in the designated spot and set the parking brake. Collect your belongings (balls, tees, towel, rangefinder)
- Retrieve or store your bag — if you're playing again the next day, confirm whether clubs are kept on site (rentals are returned or stored)
- Settle on site — caddie fee and tip (if used), plus any unpaid halfway-house or drink charges
- Shower and change — in the locker room or your room (handy, since this is a golf lodge)
- Rest — recover with the pool, a nap or a meal (Chapters 18 & 19)
| Caddie tip (if used) | Given directly to the caddie in cash. Have small bills ready in advance (Chapter 14) |
|---|---|
| Locker & shower | Use the locker-room amenities and showers. As a golf lodge, the in-room shower is just as convenient |
| Prep for tomorrow | Reconfirm your tee time · dry wet clothes and gloves · sort out your golf shoes |
After a hot, humid round your golf shoes, glove and clothes are soaked through. Back in your room, draw out the moisture from your shoes with newspaper or a dryer, lay your glove flat to dry, and switch to a spare. Dry gear the next day helps protect your score.
Depending on how the package is configured, some costs may be settled on site (caddie, lunch, drinks and so on). Confirm with your coordinator before departure what's included and what's paid on the spot, and settling up after the round stays effortless (LINE @233uigab).
Charge items and locker-room operations follow each course's policy. Keeping your receipts makes it easy to check things later.
