The great advantage of the Nexus Resort on-site golf hotel is that it sits on the same grounds as the golf course. Check in, and the next morning you can hop on a cart and head straight to the first hole. Here's how check-in works and what to know.
Check-in procedure
- At the front desk in the resort lobby, present your passport and confirm the booking name (showing your booking voucher/confirmation speeds things up)
- Deposit — for incidental room charges, they may request a credit-card pre-authorisation or a cash deposit (settled/refunded at check-out)
- Collect your room key → twin-share room allocation (raise any roommate, floor or non-smoking requests now)
- Note the breakfast time and venue, the pool and facilities, and confirm your tee-off time for the next day

Being attached to the golf course, it's a short walk or buggy ride from your room to the clubhouse. You can come straight back to the room to shower and rest after a round, which helps you pace yourself across back-to-back rounds (Chapter 9).
Check the moment you're in
- Air conditioning, hot water and Wi-Fi all working
- Store your passport, cash and valuables in the safe
- Lay out your round attire, golf shoes, gloves and sunscreen for the next day
- Charge your phone, power bank and rangefinder with the universal adapter (Chapter 5)
Check-in/check-out times and the deposit policy follow the resort's operating rules. If a late arrival or early departure is planned, arrange it with the front desk in advance.
